Our Services

Northern Lights Health Care offers, 24-hour skilled nursing care, memory care assisted living, comprehensive rehabilitation services and home health care for our community. Our services offer a multi-skilled team consisting of nursing, social service, dietary, therapeutic recreation, rehabilitative therapy, and spiritual care professionals.
